Using Kaspa News

These terms apply to the Kaspa News website and companion app. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Articles, Videos, GitHub, Reddit, Mood and Radar are free to browse. Feed includes three free sample posts. Full access to Feed, Best, Devs, Eco, Focused and Media requires an account with active Pro access.

Pro payments and cancellation

Card subscriptions cost $1.00 USD per month and renew automatically until cancelled. Check the price and payment details shown before paying. Cancel renewal in Settings using Cancel Stripe subscription or Manage subscription; access continues until the paid period ends. Signing out or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

KAS is a one-time payment for 31 days of access, without automatic renewal. Use the exact amount and address shown in your payment instructions. Access starts after payment verification. If confirmation is delayed, check the payment status before sending again. We cannot reverse a blockchain transaction.

For missing access, duplicate payments, cancellation or refund requests, email hello@kaspa.news with your account email and payment reference. Refunds are reviewed individually, subject to any cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that apply to you. These terms do not remove those rights.

Promotional passes

A valid promotional code grants 31 days of Pro without automatic renewal. Redeem before the campaign deadline using a verified account. One promotional pass is available per account, subject to the offer's eligibility rules; accounts with existing access, a card subscription or a pending KAS payment may be ineligible. Check your confirmed expiry in Settings.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your sign-in details secure. Do not share or resell Pro access, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or collect content at abusive rates. Access may be restricted to address misuse or protect the service. You can delete your account in Settings. Deletion is permanent, ends Pro access and immediately ends any active card subscription; it is different from cancelling renewal.

Information and limitations

Content is for information, not financial, investment, legal, tax or trading advice. Articles may use AI assistance. Feed labels, rankings, Mood readings and Radar research use automation and can contain mistakes. Source posts express their authors' views; inclusion does not verify a claim or endorse a project.

Feeds update on a schedule and may have delays, gaps or unavailable sources. Mood is a sentiment sample, not a price forecast. Radar profiles are research summaries, not project audits. We do not guarantee complete coverage, uninterrupted availability or investment outcomes. Check original sources before relying on the information.

Content rights and sharing

Rights in our original articles, design and artwork are reserved where applicable. You may link to our articles and quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. Ask for permission before republishing full articles or reusing our artwork, except where the law permits otherwise.

Third-party posts, photographs, videos, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Pro buys access to our service, not ownership or permission to republish source material. Contact us with the page URL and details of your rights if you believe material should be corrected or removed.

External services

External links and embedded content are controlled by their providers. Kaspa News uses YouTube API Services; by using the service, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is explained in its Privacy Policy.
