These terms explain the basic rules for using Kaspa News and how to treat our content.
Acceptance
By continuing to use Kaspa News, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Informational content only
Kaspa News publishes articles, commentary, and links to public sources. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice.
Pro subscriptions and billing
Pro provides access to the subscriber feed while your entitlement is active. Card subscriptions renew monthly at the price shown during checkout until canceled. You can cancel from the Account page; access continues through the paid billing period. A KAS payment is a separate one-time purchase of 31 days and does not renew automatically.
Blockchain payments are irreversible, and a KAS payment must match the quoted amount to be recognized automatically. Contact us if a payment is duplicated, misapplied, or access is not granted. Refund requests are reviewed case by case, and any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Promotional Pro passes
A valid community code grants 31 days of Pro from successful activation, with no payment card and no automatic renewal. Enter the code when registering and confirm your email before the campaign’s redemption deadline; your pass activates after confirmation. Existing users can sign in and redeem from Account. Creating an account or receiving a code does not reserve access.
One promotional pass is available per account across campaigns. The offer is for accounts without active Pro, a pending KAS payment or an existing card subscription. Do not create multiple accounts to claim repeatedly. A pass does not cancel, discount or postpone any card charge.
Codes can expire or close to new claims. Closing a campaign does not shorten passes already activated. At the end of your pass, your account returns to free access unless you separately purchase Pro.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your sign-in details secure and do not share, resell, scrape, automate against, or bypass Pro access. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third-party systems.
No guarantees
We work to keep information accurate and sourced, but crypto networks, software releases, markets, and public project plans can change quickly. Use primary sources and your own judgment before relying on anything you read here.

Articles may link to external sites, repositories, documentation, social posts, videos, or community channels. Those sites are controlled by their own operators and may change without notice.
YouTube playback
Embedded videos use YouTube API Services. By using Kaspa News, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google processes YouTube playback information under the Google Privacy Policy.
Content use
You may link to our articles and quote short excerpts with attribution. Do not copy full articles, republish pages wholesale, scrape the site at abusive rates, or misrepresent Kaspa News content as your own.
